Earn up to $750 for each referral


That is correct, we will pay you up to $750 for each property referred. So, if one of your clients has 10 properties, you would receive a check for $7,500, within the top tier property referral. See chart below for more details. When you refer someone to us, our professional management team will ensure that you look good. Who lists the property?

For a property that you are currently marketing for rent, you can continue as the listing agent and we will handle everything else (Utility transfers, Inspections, perform the move-in orientation, disperse commissions and your referral fee, send a copy of executed Lease to you and your broker

If you are simply referring an owner over to us that needs our property management services then you do nothing more and we will send you a check for the referral.  When the property comes back up for rent, you will then have the choice to be the listing agent again or let us do everything and we will pay you a 25% referral fee. You just sit back and collect a check when it is all done! How nice is that.....you can literally make a business out of referrals to us and that income never goes away, unless you move from your brokerage and/or don't renew your license for any reasons.  We even offer a buy-out for all of the properties that you have referred to us over the years, if you would prefer one big check up front. Its that easy! We want you to make lots of money when others are still working hard trying to figure it out.

Can I list a rental property and have Arlington Realty process the rental applications and prepare leases for properties they don’t manage?

Yes, for properties that Arlington Realty does not manage, you can list the property with your Broker and we can do the rest. Arlington Realty Management will process the rental application, run the credit report, verify employment and rental references. We will prepare the lease and provide it to you, ready to execute. As these services are typically part of your duties as the listing agent, Arlington Realty charges $500 for the above mentioned services which is deducted from the leasing commission paid to your Brokerage (you).

What is the cost of the Rental Application?

There is a fee of $50 per applicant for processing the Rental Application, running the credit report, verifying employment and rental references.

How long does it take to process the Rental Application?

We strives to process an application within 24/48 hours of receipt. However, obtaining employment verification from different companies vary, confirming rental history, and corresponding with property owners who are overseas may extend the processing time up to five business days. You will always remain the Agent of record.

What does this mean?

All referrals are taken with the upmost professionalism. We are very professional and have systems in place to prove what we have works and take pride in protecting your reputation. You will also remain the agent of record, so that when the property comes back up for rent or sale, you are contacted immediately.

You can receive up to $750 for each property that Arlington Realty manages for your client.
